Anthony Cargill is CO-CEO and COO of New Vision One Records. He has been working in the music industry for many years, elevating to an international level when he began working with and then ultimately managing the iconic reggae legend Luciano over 20 years ago.


Since then, he has traveled the world extensively, which has afforded him the opportunity to work and collaborate with various leading artists, musicians, producers, promoters, and record labels such as Universal Music, Island Records, and EMI, to name a few.


This exposure has also enabled him to develop and build relationships with an extensive network of professional, highly talented people and organizations from all areas of the entertainment business. It is this same network that gives him the capability to draw upon the vast repertoire of experience and personnel, which will direct the company to the highest level.



In addition, Anthony is steadfast in New Vision One Records’ manifesto to produce positive and uplifting material that will help to educate and unite all communities.

Jepther McClymont

JEPTHER MCCLYMONT

Director

Jepther McClymont, aka Luciano, is a Director at New Vision One Records. Born on the paradise island of Jamaica, as a youth he was heavily influenced and drawn to Bob Marley’s positive 'One Love Movement'.As he got older and embarked on his professional singing career, Luciano himself began to influence the lives of others around the world with his own spiritual interpretation of the movement. Since then, he has reigned as the 'King of Conscious Reggae Music' and is now one of the most iconic figures representing roots reggae today.


As a prolific recording artist, over the years he has released and collaborated on over 40 albums.

Robert Burchell

CO-CEO and CFO

Robert Burchell is CO-CEO and CFO of New Vision One Records. He is a visionary entrepreneur, musician, and ambassador of unity, whose life has become a testament to the American dream. Born in Jamaica, Robert migrated to the United States, driven by an insatiable passion for music, entrepreneurship, and spreading unity and peace among society. His journey from a traveling musician to a successful businessman, producer is a story of perseverance, hard work, and innovative spirit.


After years of honing his craft as both a musician and businessman, Robert decided to take his passion to the next level by establishing New Vision One Records. This bold move marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter in his life. With New Vision One Records, Robert aims to create a platform that would showcase Established and emerging talent, provide opportunities to shine.


Robert is now on a mission to spread unity and peace throughout society through musical artistry. With his drive for business, solidified by associating with major companies such as United Airlines and UIC, his community outreach and versatility and skill in music production, he aims to bring people together, foster understanding, and promote love and respect for all.


As Robert looks to the future, he remains committed to his mission to unite and inspire. With New Vision One Records, he aims to continue to push boundaries and defy expectations.
